If you are injured on the job or feel that your problems may be work related, please inform your employer. We will need to obtain prior authorization from your Employers Workers' Compensation carrier before your visit.

In the event coverage is denied we will assist you in filling under your usual medical insurance or arrange payment schedules within your budget.
