Dr. Palmer graduated from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Science in Des Moines, Iowa. He Completed his residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at the Baltimore Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Maryland.
A native of Aiken, he began his practice in 1993 and joined the medical staff of Carolina Podiatric Medical Associates. Dr. Palmer's professional interests include Podiatric orthopedies and Biomechanics as well as general podiatric medicine and diabetic foot care.
